The Portuguese government is planning to approve until the end of this year 100% of the funds available in the Portugal 2020 Investment Incentive Programme, ie. the remaining 5bn€. The objective is to leave a blank year (2020) to prepare the new investment projects which approval will start early 2021 as part of the new European Community Programme – Portugal 2030 .
